    Hi DK,
when you get a target boat send the HIN number to us at the factory and we’ll look through our records for information.

A general weight of the model (not specific to any one boat) is around 10,000 lbs. Keep in mind we build to order so what you are looking at might be heavier or lighter depending on options.

Most likely you have a G.G. Schmitt & Sons product.
If it had three rungs and has a white coating it’s likely to be one of three ladders from G.G.Schmitt.
I’ll post a link below. You might have to copy it and paste it into the address field of your browser.

GG Schmitt part #L02F3202; L02F3200; L0213200 are all part numbers we have used.
My bet is you have the L0213200 model, it is our most installed ladder to date.

    Hello Geramanis01,
Typically the port and starboard faucets mounted in the same general spots on the opposing walls of the aft cockpit were a home to the “cockpit washdown” faucets. One was feshwater and one was rawwater. There was a standard arrangement but many times owners would request them set up a specific way. My bet is your frozen fixture is raw water.
Typically there was a valve in the center aft bilge (the compartment with fuel filters and bilge pumps all the way aft) that allowed water to the raw water system.

Hi Fergie, Thanks for your post.
The valve you ask about is part of an assembly offered as an option in our 4 engine (quad) boats to make flushing those engines a more friendly task.
    It’s a Conbraco/Appollo product. Their part number is 87-124-01. It’s described as a bronze 5-port ball valve 1/2″.
Look lower in this message for a link to a site I found offering the valve. You might be able to find one locally. Please feel welcome to contact Intrepid as well (727-548-1260 ext 242 or 267).

    Hi, Jose
The early Intrepids had a 5/16″ diameter pins holding the removable rear bench seat in place. As time went along the seats got bigger and heavier. It’s more likley your pins are 3/8″. You can measure to confirm.
The length of the pin is 2″.
It’s a heavy duty push-button quick-release pin that locks itself in the reciever. It’s removed by pressing the button at the top of the pin which allows the balls to retract so the pin can slide from the reciever.
You can call the factory (727-548-1260 x242) to source them.
McMaster Carr has the same thing, p/n 92384A576.
    Happy Boating!
