CELEBRATING SAFETY ON THE WATER
National Safe Boating Week is May 18-24 this year, and it’s an excellent reminder for all of us to brush up on boating safety skills and prepare for the boating season.
Simple suggestions from the National Safe Boating Council include inspecting safety gear, using an engine cut-off switch, filing a float plan, and of course, wearing a life jacket.
