June 2017 Newsletter

Mike Obolsky and I just returned from the San Diego Boat Show with great success. With only two shows under our belt, it seems San Diego attracts more of a fishing boat customer that wants the amenities of cruising from time to time. Newport Beach customers seem to want to run to Catalina for lunch or a quick overnighter. What makes us so unique to this market is we can cater to both. The image of Intrepid we kept hearing in SoCal is “Intrepid is a center console fishing boat.” Well, we finally had the chance to show we are so much more than that. The 407 Cuddy we had on display was just a glimpse of what we can build and we’re looking forward to delivering more boats and adding to our Intrepid Family.

Equally as exciting was the relationships we’ve started with the locals, customers, and brokers. It’s just as important for us was to start building these relationships with the marinas and shipyards. Driscoll, Nielsen Beaumont, and Shelter Island Boat Yard were very hospitable and offered to help out with anything we might need. A special thanks to Wayne from Shelter Island Boat Yard for the help with offloading and loading our customers new 407 Cuddy.

A Sneak Peek for July.

Mark your calendars. July 21st & 22nd we will be hosting our annual VIP Event here at our Sales Office in Dania Beach. We’ll have several models available for showing as well as some for Sea Trial by appointment only. We will be sending a separate email just for this event in the next week with all of the information. For now, make sure you mark these dates so you don’t miss this opportunity to see several models in a relaxed environment.

See you there,
Christian Gonzalez
