“It sounds like you may have a bad connection somewhere in the wiring to the thruster. If it’s not that then the relay pack may be sticking. Usually they can be revived by cleaning the contacts in the relay, it’s mounted to to the side of the thruster motor. There are some round caps on the relay that can be removed to see if there is any corrosion. If there is, try to clean the corrosion away and see if it begins to work again.
